1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
LONCANI is a marketplace where you will find many independent vendors and stores. So, we do not have control over vendors’ shipping policies, and each vendor will set up its shipping and delivery policy.
The shipping policy and details will be available on each product’s details page. We recommend you carefully look at the shipping tab on each product’s page.
However, the LONCANI team will ensure that each vendor and store has clearly defined its shipping policy.
2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
Upon payment confirmation, all orders will be processed and shipped by the vendor. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received and dispatched.
You can track your order in your account under order status. Note that the tracking number will be available only if the vendor provides a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with the carrier chosen by the vendor. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
The time taken for all international deliveries depends on our logistics partners and their affiliates. However, rest assured that your order is safely on its way, and you may track its status in your account.
3. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS
For all international orders, you must pay for all import taxes, duties, and tariffs (if any) per your country’s governing laws to clear customs.
4. MODE OF PAYMENTS
We accept payments via VISA/MASTER credit and debit cards and American Express. We do not accept payments via ATM or interbank transfers.
